If you are like many who are hoping to see rates back in the low fours don't hold your breath.
We were never promised they would go as low as they did. Alot of people are still sitting on the fence. Its time to hop off so you dont loose out again. Just a few weeks ago I was quoting 30 year at 5.5 this is still a great time to get going.
Today has been the best day of the week for rates. Today 15 year fixed have been able to fall in the mid 4's. 4.5 with less than 1%.
30 year fixed have been great today at 4.875 as well. If you are in the 6% range there is no reason not to get out of that.
